OUR TASK
Christian Ross—one of Atlanta’s top real estate brokers and the founder of an emerging age-tech startup—came to CNBetter Media with a clear goal: expand her visibility beyond real estate and build a personal brand rooted in purpose, joy, and impact.
While her professional success was well established, Christian wanted to connect with audiences on a more human level—one that reflected her passion for happiness, intentional living, and personal fulfillment. Our role was to help her define that brand, articulate it clearly, and create an engagement pathway that would bring her audience into her ecosystem in a meaningful way.
OUR SOLUTION
Personal Brand Foundation & Messaging
CNBetter Media began by helping Christian establish the foundation of her personal brand:
- Wrote the full copy for her personal website, IamChristianRoss.com
- Collaborated with a web designer to ensure the site reflected her voice, values, and energy
- Coordinated brand visuals, including messaging direction for photo shoots and imagery
With the brand foundation in place, we turned our attention to audience engagement and lead generation.
The “Curate Your Happy” 7-Day Challenge
To bring Christian’s philosophy to life, CNBetter Media conceptualized and launched the Curate Your Happy Challenge—a seven-day email-based experience designed to serve as both a lead magnet and a brand immersion tool.
The challenge was built and powered through ConvertKit (now Kit) and structured as a fully automated nurture funnel.
Strategy & Execution Included:
- Naming and positioning the challenge around Christian’s core message of joy and intentional living
- Writing the complete seven-day email sequence from start to finish
- Creating the narrative arc for the challenge—ensuring each day built upon the last
- Developing short scripts and talking points for daily companion videos
- Structuring each email with:
- A personal welcome video
- Context and backstory for the day’s theme
- A practical “Curate Your Happy” assignment
- A guided journaling prompt
- Links to previous days to maintain continuity for late entrants
Once participants entered the challenge, the experience flowed seamlessly—emails delivered daily without interruption, creating consistency, momentum, and trust.
Community Engagement & Live Activation
To close out the experience, CNBetter Media recommended a live virtual gathering, where Christian connected directly with participants to:
- Reflect on lessons learned
- Engage in real-time conversation
- Reinforce community and belonging
This live component transformed the challenge from a digital experience into a shared moment—deepening audience connection and brand loyalty.
