OUR TASK
CNBetter Media supported Southern Black Girls during pivotal cultural moments and special projects that required speed, sensitivity, and strategic execution.
OUR SOLUTION
Key initiatives included:
- Open Letter to Megan Thee Stallion: Coordinated messaging, media outreach, and amplification for a viral letter of solidarity—resulting in widespread national coverage.
- Tiffany Cross Support Campaign: Rapid-response social strategy leveraging influencer videos and targeted media outreach to spark viral support.
- Jemiah’s Journey: Produced and amplified a multi-part video series chronicling an 18-year-old dancer’s journey from the Joy Is Our Journey Bus Tour to the 2024 Super Bowl Halftime Show, in partnership with Roc Nation and the Pete & Thomas Foundation.
- Awards Submissions: Submitted Southern Black Girls’ work to the Anthem Awards, resulting in a Silver Anthem Award honoring the organization’s visionary founder, LaTosha Brown, as a Community Voice Changemaker.
